Learning Colors with Barbie Dolls Dress Toys Video Educational for Kids Barbie Fashion Show Part II

Make-believe games are very common in this age-group, so it is best to provide appropriate educational toys. Costumes of their favorite cartoons heroes or heroines should be an opportunity to use as accompaniment for their educational toys. Educational toys for this purpose can take the forms of teddy bears and other stuff toys, dolls, toys that reinforce arts and craft materials.

In the past, these might have still worked fine because of the absence of advanced technology. However, children, and even adults, nowadays will probably smirk at the thought of being gifted wooden toys. Little do they know that wooden toys, especially wooden educational toys, are actually worth a lot more than their modern trinkets.

Preschoolers and Kindergarteners can enjoy and learn from toys like the Leapster L-Max Learning Game System (which can be plugged into a television), the Super Saver Teaching Bank, the Math Desk, and the LeapPad Alphabet Bus, just to name a few. Gradeschoolers aren't left out either. Some of the more popular LeapPad games for gradeschoolers are the Turbo Extreme Handheld, the Twist & Shout Multiplication, the FLY PenTop Computer, the LeapPad Plus Writing Learning System, and Mind Mania Spelling.

However, educational toys have been on the rise, as more parents opt to purchase products that would give them the most value for their money, as compared to, say, buying Bratz dolls and Hot Wheels. The record for educational toys was broken in the Holiday season of the year 2000, when toy maker LeapFrog's LeapPad Learning System electronic reading toy became the bestselling children's game of the time, helping the company boost its sales by a whopping 120 per cent!

In order for both parents and children to better appreciate what they are buying, small kiosks are set up in all stores where LeapFrog products are being sold, so that buyers will be able to test the products first before they decide to make a purchase. The name 'educational toy' sounds boring, at first, and kids might not want to buy it if we mention it this way to them.

Play is a vital part of a child's emotional development and learning, and it presents a host of advantages. Aside from being a source of joy, play feeds and develops a child's personality and helps him or her grow into a person that knows how to maximize his or her potential and make best use of his or her talents.
